Case:
The X company customers have formed a storage disk array cabinet a few years ago, and three different servers are connected to this storage cabinet. Therefore, the array cabinet has stored all the production data of the company for more than 10 years.The cabinet was damaged by lightning and could not start.
Solution:
At around 10 am, the customer sent the hard disk to the company. Server data recovery engineer testing, the four hard disks were intact, the array cabinet itself was damaged and caused the entire array information to lose.Parameters, including the order of hard disk, block size, array direction, etc. After the normal array is virtual, all data is successfully read. After comparing with customers, all the data is correct. At this timeAt about 3 pm, the virtual array data was exported to the customer’s hard disk. For security reasons, the customer data was backup two times. A total of three data were copied. After the backup was completed, all the data of the storage array cabinet was successfully recovered successfully.
