Case:
Xujiahui Customer’s server 4 is removed from Lenovo Commercial tabletoper. The Lenovo server supports engineer testing after -sales. The diagnosis is that the SAS array card is damaged, and the SAS array card has been replaced. The SAS hard disk is connected to the SAS array card according to the original placement order, but it cannot enter the Windows 2003 operating system. The most important thing is to rescue the SQL2000 database in the hard disk.
Solution:
The engineer of the data recovery company first used professional equipment PC3000 SCSI to detect each SAS hard disk, and found that there were no hardware faults in 4 hard disks.Based on the information provided by the customer, the preliminary diagnosis is that the array card RAID information is lost (some SAS array cards are stored on the SAS array card).Through Winhex, the four hard disks are packed separately, and combined with the underlying system structure to analyze the important parameters of the original RAID array. It is learned that the array is stored using RAID5.pass.Finally, the array reorganization is carried out through Winhex, the data is reproduced, and the SQL2000 database is used for DBCC to restore the database.Customers are satisfied with the data acceptance of data, so far the data recovers successfully.
