Case:
According to the customer’s description to the engineer of the Data Recovery Center, the server is RAID 5 composed of 6 disks. It was used for nearly 6 months. There was a hard disk bright yellow light 10 days ago, but the server can still be used normally, so the network management is not timely.Replace the hard disk and synchronize. When I was at work this morning, I found that the server could not turn on normally. After repeatedly restarted, the situation was still.
Solution:
After the testing of the data recovery center engineer, I found that among the 6 SAS hard disks, the 2#disk dropped due to the physical bad sector. The 4#disk had a bad sector, so RAID was paralyzed and could not enter the system.Because RAID 5 allows 1 plate to be redundant, we only need to recover the back -to -drop 4#disk.Therefore, our engineers first used professional equipment to physical mirrors to the 4#disk; then extracted the data of the bad sectors; then comprehensively analyzed the original hard disk, re -virtual RAID, reorganized RAID array information, and finally exported the data.In the end, RAID data recovered successfully.
