Case:
The customer describes that the customer’s SD card image video cannot be opened, some important pictures are lost, the SD card prompts formatting, and the customer wants to restore all JPG pictures and MOV videos.
Solution:
After testing and analysis, the data structure of the SD card was found to be offset, which caused the directory picture to be unable to open. Using software recovered with pictures and video recovery to the customer’s mobile storage medium for the underlying data reconstruction and scanning, and recover the pictures required for customers.
