Solution:
According to engineers, it was found that a large amount of physical bad dishes occurred in the hard disk and damaged the firmware part, which caused the hard disk data to be unable to access. Therefore, the engineer enabled the customer’s mobile hard disk to recover the PC3000, directly extracted the data at the bottom of the hard disk, and successfully restored the data required by the customer.
