Data recovery case of hard disk damage caused by forced shutdown

Case:
Mr. Zhu, a customer of Guangming New Area, took a 500GB hard disk in the West to restore the data. The hard disk was used by Lenovo tablet. After the user’s mandatory shutdown, the hard disk was damaged and could not enter the system. The computer could identify the hard disk but could not read the data.

Solution:
First of all, the PC3000 is tested for the hard disk. The hard disk can be identified normally. Scan found that there is a bad sector in the hard disk. Therefore, it was used as a copy of the data. During the DE process, the torture data was very slow. I thought that the customer’s description could not read the hard disk data. There is a problem with the hard disk firmware, so try to repair the firmware. After repairing the firmware, the speed of the data is normal, and the final data is 100%recovered successfully.
