Case:
The customer’s hard disk suddenly could not be detected, and the customer said that the hard disk did not hear any movements after the boot was turned on.
Solution:
After the testing of the engineer, I found that the Seagi hard disk was power -on. The engineer first suspected that it was a circuit problem, so he replaced the matching circuit board. As a result, although the circuit board was changed, the hard disk was still power -on.After negotiating with the client, I learned that this session fell a few times before, so the engineer took the plate into the 100 -level dust purification room, opened the cavity and found that the hard disk motor had been stuck to death. The data on the film was exported and the customer’s data was successfully restored.
