Case:
The customer did not know what operations caused by uninstalling a software that caused all folders on the desktop to be deleted.
Solution:
The data required by the customer is that the files of PDF and XLS are stored on the desktop. Of course, this is not the worst thing, because the user downloads the recovery program and installed it after discovering that the data is lost, and then uses software to use software to log in logic C drive. Scan and store some scanning results on the desktop. Due to the damage of the scene, then the data will definitely cause data destruction. The most important thing for users is more than 50 PDFs and several XLS. First, use the software to scan again to see if there is any result and then determine other solutions. After scanning with RSTUDIO, the data is basically confusing. The reason may be related to the recovery operation after the user has done. It seems that using software scanning in this case is meaningless. After thinking about it, you should use the script. According to the user’s description, the PDF is generated directly with an AutoCAD plugin. The changes to XLS are not very large. If so, the probability of fragmentation should be relatively low, and the script needs to be done. First of all, scan all idle clusters to locate the PDF XLS file header. XLS can be judged and extracted according to the head. PDF is directly extracted by 20M. A total of more than 60, after confirming that the PDF was successfully restored to about 30, there were only one file required by XLS users. At this point, the data recovery was over.
