Case:
Mr. Wang’s mobile hard disk is formatted into four partitions. One of the small partitions is NTFS format. Due to the formatting of mistakes, try to find the original data by himself. After trying to find a recovery software R-Studio scan from the Internet yourself, the files cannot be opened. Then rescue the data recovery company to help solve the problem.Mr. Wang came to the front desk staff to fill in the working list and signed a confidentiality agreement. After Mr. Wang and the engineer communicated, Mr. Wang believed that the engineer said that he was very reasonable, so he assured the hard disk to the engineer to handle it.After receiving the hard disk, the engineer first made a comprehensive test on the hard disk. There is no problem with hardware.
Solution:
Since the file directory items exist, it cannot be opened. (Prove that Mr. Wang just provided by the engineer is exactly the same.) Now you can only see the reason for the underlying analysis. There may be problems with the flow of file clusters, or the file is destroyed. Let’s start with the MFT and analyze it. Open it. The corresponding MFT original file, if you find the reason, you must manually change to the original parameter and reload it. We open the original file. Select a few other files, all can be opened smoothly, so that the manual changes are successful! Mr. Wang was very happy to get the data, and quickly thanked our engineer! Why did Mr. Wang scan the files with R-S software, but the reason why the files could not be opened are where the files were not open. Wang accidentally chose the cluster size when he was formatted. The size of the cluster after this format is inconsistent with the cluster size of the previous partition, which causes the data offset, so the scanned file cannot be opened. As long as you change back to the original size data, you can open it completely. The company recommends that the hard disk should be repaired in time to repair and restore professional companies. 24-hour hotline: 4006-759388
