The customer’s IBM X3650 server has four 300G hard disks, and the interface is SAS.Windows Server 2003 system.The database is an error in the SQL Server 20002 hard disk.The server cannot start.
Solution:
Because customer data cannot be taken out of the unit, we bring the device and tools directly to recover.We started to detect the four hard disks, and the No. 1 hard disk was completely broken.The No. 2 hard disk has a small amount of bad ducts, and the other two hard disks are normal. After the corresponding processing of No. 2 hard disk, the mirror sector is analyzed to analyze the original RAID5 parameter and successfully restore all data.
