Customers find our center to help restore OULOOK emails. According to the customer’s description, the hard disk will be installed from the newly installed operating system, forgetting to back up the OULOOK mail, and needs to restore OULOOK emails.
Solution:
First, the engineer mirrors the customer’s hard drive, and then analyzes the mirrored file. The customer’s hard disk could not import mail due to file damage.
