Physical damage to HP server hard drive

Case:
The RAID5 array consisting of a hard disk composed of 300G interfaces is a hard disk of SCSI. The server system collapses. The households then contacted our engineers and did not perform other operations. We immediately fixed disk.

Solution:
Our engineers first pulled out the hard disk and tags in order; testing 4 disks, found that the 4th plate 4 was physical damage, and there were a large amount of physical bad tract on the 3rd disk.Use the PC-3000 SCSI to image the three-plate mirror with a bad sector into our good disk, and then open the plate of physical damage 4 to replace the matching magnetic head of the same model, and then successfully repair the hard disk.SCSI conducts underlying physical mirrors on the fourth plate, and finally uses a special RAID redundant algorithm to cooperate with the RAID-FIX2.1 of the two mirror disks and two original disks of the RAID-FIX2.1 to calculate and reorganize the data, and then successfully extract data.
