Case:
The customer brought a ST hard disk, saying that the hard disk was suddenly used, and it was not possible to use it. When the boot was turned on again, BIOS could not recognize the hard disk.
Solution:
When I got this disk, I immediately powered up and put the disk in my hand, but did not transfer it. I smelled the flavor of burning. Remove the circuit board and see the all -offs of driving IC. After changing it, the power drive found that the power disk has been transferred, but the transfer is not normal, because the motor stopped for a while and stopped. The circuit board was removed. Any problem, the voltage of the motor, the voltage change does not seem to be normal, and some things can’t be said to feel like this. Thinking above, there should be no problem with the circuit board. It may be that when the circuit board is burned, the large current also burns the coil of the motor, causing the non -normal coil to aging, causing the electromagnetic field of the motor to occur abnormal action. As a result, the motor rotates quickly, which has caused the speed of the speed, which also causes the reading of the magnetic head to read abnormally, and cannot read the servo information correctly, so that the disk is not recognized. This kind of failure must be opened, and the replacement motor is only available. After getting the customer’s permission, find the same origin, model accessory disk, and take out the good motor in the opening room. Fortunately, this kind of motor is not like other disks. If you are fixed, you ca n’t remove it at all. After changing the motor, put it in the magnetic head, everything is good, the access system, I found that there is still a problem with the reading disk. I wondered if there is still a bad session. So I received a full -plate image on DE. After more than 10 hours, I took off the market and everything was so good. All the data read normally.
