Case:
The two hard disks above a client’s server are not made of PAID. It is found that one of the disks cannot be recognized. It can recognize the hard disk model and no capacity information. Customers use software to try to recover failure.
Solution:
After testing by the engineer of the data recovery center, the hard disk recognizes the model as the circuit board information. After the hard disk is powered on, the magnetic head has no action. It is determined to be damaged by the hard disk magnetic head.
